Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return most items within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygiene seals attached.
- Final sale, swimwear, earrings, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
- Email us at shopify.shbeeb@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery at shopify.shbeeb@gmail.com and we will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
