EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. The customer must send a clear withdrawal notice and return the goods within the applicable period.

Final business address, contact details, return instructions and the model withdrawal form must be completed in the store policy before launch.
